Importing MySQL tables using phpMyAdmin

How To Import Your MySQL Database

To create a new MySQL database:

  1. Log in to your Hosting Dashboard.

  2. In the left pane, click MySQL Management.

  3. Click Add MySQL Database.

  4. Name the database.

  5. Create a username and password. The database is created for you, with the username and password applied to the first user.

  6. Set the privileges for the new user.

  7. Select the database that you want to import. 
  8. Click Access phpMyAdmin.

  9. Click the Import tab on top.
  10. Click Choose File and select the database file you want to import.
  11. Click Go. 
    Click Go
  12. Once you are finished importing, your new database will be populated with the imported database information.
